AN ACT relating to wildlife; authorizing the Department of Wildlife to expend money from the Wildlife Heritage Account; authorizing the Board of Wildlife Commissioners to establish a program which authorizes a person to transfer his or her tag to hunt a big game mammal to a qualified organization for use by certain persons; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
